3. Free Usage Policy

The Service is provided 100% free of charge. However, the following conditions apply:

• Resource limits (CPU, RAM, storage) are enforced per server and may change over time.
• Inactive accounts and bot servers may be suspended or deleted after a period of inactivity.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of servers per account.
• Premium features may be introduced in the future, but core hosting will remain free.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Be solely responsible for all content and bots deployed under your account.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Host malicious software, malware, ransomware, or viruses.
• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or any form of network abuse.
• Distribute spam, phishing links, or unauthorized mass messaging.
• Host content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Mine cryptocurrency or perform other compute-intensive tasks unrelated to Discord bots.
• Resell or commercialize the Service without explicit written permission.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or compromise other users' servers or data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Nylix Host platform, including its logo, branding, software, and documentation, is the property of Nylix Corporation and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the bots and code you deploy on the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Creating alternate accounts to evade a ban or suspension will result in a permanent ban across all accounts and services operated by Nylix Corporation.

12. Hosting-Specific Rules

• Do not abuse the free hosting by creating multiple accounts to bypass resource limits.
• Do not host bots that violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Do not use the Service for crypto mining or non-Discord-bot workloads.
• Keep your bots updated and remove unused servers to free resources for others.

Enforcement

Violations of these rules may result in warnings, mutes, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from both the Discord server and the hosting platform, depending on severity. We reserve the right to take appropriate action at our discretion.
